Travon’s Light of Hope Foundation is dedicated to supporting children facing life-threatening and terminal illnesses. Our foundation was formed in memory of 15-year-old Travon Dickson, a young boy with a bright spirit and big dreams.

Because Travon was unable to fulfill his wish, those who loved him made a promise—to help ensure that other children facing life-threatening illnesses would have the opportunity to experience joy, hope, and comfort through a meaningful wish or dream fulfilled.

Our mission is to provide financial and emotional support during times of crisis, allowing families to focus on what matters most—being there for their child. We assist with granting wishes for terminally ill children under the age of 18, regardless of where the child lives or where they are undergoing treatment.

We believe that children facing life-threatening and life-altering illnesses should never face their journey alone.
